01
Getting you set up properly
Before anything else we make sure the basics are not quietly costing you money.
Whether your account is set up for LIVE at all, whether your payout method is
connected, whether your region and age settings are right, and whether anything
in your history is going to limit your reach. It is unglamorous and it is the
reason a lot of new hosts stall in week one.
02
Building a schedule you can hold
Random streaming does not build an audience. We look at when your people are
actually online, pick slots you can realistically hit around work or school,
and lock them in. Consistency beats hours. Three predictable nights a week
will outperform seven chaotic ones every single time.
03
Coaching on the stream itself
The first thirty seconds of your live decide whether someone stays. So we work
on your opening, how you greet people coming in, how you keep talking when the
room is empty, when to run a game, and how to ask for gifts without making it
weird. We watch your actual streams and give notes on those, not on a template.
04
Matches, battles and collabs
Going head to head with another host is one of the fastest ways to get in front
of a room that has never seen you. The catch is that good matchups take
coordination. We line you up with hosts at your level, run themed nights, and
get you into team events instead of leaving you to cold message strangers.
05
Bonus programs and incentives
TikTok runs reward programs that agency creators can enter. They usually key off
valid live hours, valid days, and diamond milestones inside a monthly window.
The rules move around. Our job is to know the current targets, track where you
are against them, and nudge you before a cutoff passes rather than explaining
afterward why you missed it.
06
Reading the backstage data
Agencies get analytics that individual creators do not, covering diamonds,
active hours, viewer retention and where people drop off. Numbers only matter
if they change what you do next, so we go through yours with you and turn it
into two or three concrete things to try this week.
07
Bans, strikes and account trouble
Sooner or later something gets flagged. A wrongly caught stream, a strike you do
not understand, a suspension out of nowhere. On your own that means a support
form and silence. With us you get a channel to escalate through and, just as
useful, someone who can look at the clip and tell you which rule actually got
tripped so it stops happening.
08
Brand deals and TikTok Shop
As you grow, money starts coming from places other than gifts. We help you
figure out when you are ready for paid partnerships, what to charge, and how
to fold products into a live without tanking the room's mood. We would rather
you turn down a bad deal than take one that costs you your audience.
