If something is not here, ask us in Discord. We would rather answer it properly than have you guess.

Does KSM take a percentage of my diamonds?

Yes, and here is exactly how it works. KSM takes a share of what you earn from diamonds on live. The exact number is written into the agreement and we will tell you before you commit to anything. The split is configured on TikTok's side, so when your earnings pay out, your share goes to you and ours comes to us separately. You never transfer money to us, we never touch your balance, and we never see your payout details. There is nothing to pay upfront and nothing owed in a month where you do not earn.

Is there anything to pay upfront?

No. There is no signup fee, no monthly cost, and no charge for coaching or support. The only way KSM makes money from you is the percentage of diamond earnings described above, and that only applies when you actually earn. We will never ask you to send us money, so anyone claiming to be KSM who does is a scam.

Do you need my TikTok password?

Never. Not for setup, not for support, not for anything. Every official step happens inside your own app where you approve it yourself. Treat any agency that asks for your login as a threat, no matter how they justify it.

Do I still own my account and my content?

Yes. Joining a creator network is a partnership record on TikTok's side. Your account, your followers, your videos and your earnings all stay yours. Nothing transfers.

Who can join KSM?

You need to be based in the United States and 18 or older. That is it for hard requirements. There is no follower minimum and no experience needed. We work with people who have never gone live as well as hosts who already have an audience.

How many hours do I have to stream?

There is no number you have to hit to stay with us. That said, most hosts work toward around fifteen live hours a month across at least seven separate days, because that is roughly where TikTok's bonus programs start to open up. We treat it as a goal to build toward, and we plan it around your real schedule.

What if I already stream and I am doing fine alone?

Then you probably gain the most. Agency bonus programs sit on top of the diamonds you are already earning, so it is additional rather than instead of. Add organized matches, backstage analytics, and somewhere to escalate when your account gets flagged, and there is not much on the other side.

Is there a deadline to join an agency?

Effectively, yes. TikTok closes the option to join a creator network once a creator passes a lifetime diamond threshold, with a short grace period after you cross it. If you are growing quickly it is worth checking your position early. Ask us in Discord and we will look.

Can I leave later?

Yes. Agency agreements run for a set term through TikTok and you can choose not to renew when it ends. If something is genuinely not working before then, talk to us. We are not trying to keep anyone signed who does not want to be.

What equipment do I need?

Less than people expect. A phone from the last few years, wifi that does not drop, and a spot where the light is on your face rather than behind you. A cheap ring light and a tripod help, but do not spend money on gear before you have proved to yourself that you will stream consistently.

How much can I actually earn?

We are not going to give you a number, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. It swings enormously depending on how many hours you put in, what you stream, what time you are on, and who happens to walk into your room. Some hosts make a little side income. A few make a living. Most land somewhere between, and it takes months rather than weeks. We will tell you what looks realistic for your situation once we have seen your streams.

How do gifts turn into money?

A viewer buys coins from TikTok and sends you a gift during your live. That gift converts into diamonds in your balance, and you withdraw diamonds as cash to your own payout method once you clear TikTok's minimum. TikTok takes its share in that conversion, and our percentage is separated out on TikTok's side at the same time. Nothing ever moves from your account to ours.

Do you only work with a certain type of content?

No. We have room for chatting streams, gaming, music, fitness, cooking, whatever you are genuinely into. What matters far more than the category is whether you can hold a room and turn up regularly. If you are choosing between things, we will help you pick based on where the audience actually is at the hours you can stream.

What happens if I get banned or suspended?

Tell us straight away and send whatever the app showed you. We can escalate through official channels, which is not something individual creators have. Just as importantly, we can usually work out which rule got tripped so you are not guessing. Faster is better here, so do not sit on it for a week.

Why is everything through Discord?

Because it is where the conversation is actually useful. Email is slow and a contact form tells you nothing. In Discord you can ask questions in real time, talk to hosts who are already signed, and see what the community is like before you commit to anything. If you do not use Discord, it takes about two minutes to set up and it is free.

How long does joining take?

Usually the same day. The slow part is the conversation, which is deliberate. Once you send your invitation code, the official invite goes out and you accept it in the app, and that part takes minutes.

Still unsure about something? Genuinely, come ask. Nobody in our server is going to pressure you into signing, and the awkward questions are the ones worth asking before you commit to an agency.
